We’ve tried to compile most if not all of the most frequently asked questions about our resort at Blanc sur Vert, Bromont, the Bromont Equestrian center and of course the SkiBromont ski center. Reservations

How does one reserve a condominium at Blanc sur Vert Lodging?

Reserving is as easy as 1,2,3.....simply call our reservation desk at 1.888.992.5262 from 10am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 10:30am to 4pm on Saturdays. You can also reserve online by selecting the check availability buttons or book now buttons that appear throughout our site.

What are your rates?

Rates vary from the type of condo to the days of the week and the period or season. Call our reservation desk at 1.888.992.5262 or check with our online availability tool to verify rates and availability.

Are there minimum stay requirements?

Minimum stay requirements are usually required during peak periods such as Christmas and New Years, Spring break, and summer holidays and labor day, at which time 3 night minimums are in effect. We also require two night minimums during winter season weekends from December to Arpil.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a twenty five percent (25%) deposit is required at the time of reservation, with the complete balance due taken 7 to 10 days prior to guests arrival date.

What are your cancellation policies?

Cancellation policies are as follows;

Regular Cancellations:

21 days prior to arrival : No fee
14-21 days : 10% cancellation fee
7-14 days : 25 % cancellation fee
0-7 days : 50% cancellation fee.

Holiday and Spring Break Cancellations:

21 days prior to arrival : 10% cancellation fee
14-21 days : 25% cancellation fee
7-14 days : 50 % cancellation fee
0-7 days : 100% cancellation fee.

Arrivals & Departures

Do you have a reception desk - Where do we check-in?

No we have no reception desk onsite, our slope side condos are nestled in the mountain side. Guests receive an electronic confirmation with all the necessary and pertinent information regarding their stay. Our automated system will allow you to by pass any check-in or check-out process. Our onsite concierge is only minutes away and is almost always available to answer to your needs.

Where do we pick up the keys to access the condos?

No keys are necessary, you'll receive your final confirmation 7 to 10 days prior to your arrival. This confirmation  will include the unit number you will be staying in, a unique 6 digit code to access the condo beginning at 4pm on the day of your arrival and valid until 11am on the day of your departure.  No check-in or check-out is necessary.

At what time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am, door codes will not function before or after these hours. You may purchase either early check-in or late check-out's for a fee of $25 per 3 hour block.

Can we arrive early or leave late?

Because we operate as a hotel property with a fair amount of turnover check-in's and check-out's must be respected. You may however purchase either early check-in or late check-out's for a fee of $10 per additional hour plus tax,(i.e. Arrival at 2pm instead of 4pm, when available would incur an additional charge of $20 plus applicable taxes). Please ensure you verify and reserve your early check-in or late check-out in advance at least 48 hrs prior to your arrival, it just makes it easier for guests and our staff to know in advance. Codes will be assigned accordingly.

I noticed a parking permit in the final confirmation, what do I do with it?

Please print the  parking permit (also provided in your final confirmation) prior to your arrival at Blanc sur Vert, once onsite place it visibly on the dashboard of your vehicle and take the space assigned to your unit (they are all identified). It is important to ensure that these permits are visible, vehicles without permits or parked illegally will be towed from the site.

Is there parking adjacent to the unit?

Yes, each unit is assigned one parking space.

What if we have two or more vehicles?

Overflow parking is available at the entrance of the residential site (see map within your second confirmation). Simply print out duplicate parking permits (also provided in your final confirmation), placing it visibly on the dashboard of your additional vehicle(s). It is important to ensure that these permits are visible, vehicles without permits will be towed from the site.

General Questions

Are there plates, utensils and cookware in the condos?

Yes all condos come fully equipped and include, plates, utensils, cookware, all the necessities to live comfortably are included.

Are linens and towels provided?

Yes, all linens are included according to the bedding (including sofa sleepers) in each unit. Large bath towels and facecloths are also provided for 6 to eight guests depending on the types of units.

Does Blanc sur Vert supply soaps and cleaning products?

Yes, we supply bath soaps, shampoo and cream as well as dishwasher and dish soaps.

Are cleaning services provided?

Blanc sur Vert lodging provides cleaning services for all our condos in our rental pool, units are cleaned after guests stay up to 3 nights. Guests are not required  to clean the units. We do however request that you leave the units in an orderly fashion as much as possible. Mid-stay cleans are provided every 4 days during longer stays.

What type of appliances are in the units?

Each unit is equipped with a full size fridge and freezer, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and in some cases washer dryers (at an additional charge of $30 per stay).

Is there cable, internet and phone services?

The big three are provided as a courtesy to guests. Each unit comes equipped with two 32 inch flat panel televisions (with local cable), FREE wi-fi internet access (no support is provided however), and free local calls within the region (long distance calls are not possible).

Do the condominiums have balconies?

Yes in fact each unit has a balcony or a ground floor patio, furthermore all our units face the South West offering guests full sunshine afternoons with breathtaking sunsets.

Where are the Blanc sur Vert Lodging condominiums located in Bromont?

Are condos are ideally located directly on the Mont Soleil peak directly adjacent to the SkiBromont ski center. Blanc sur Vert Lodging is the only commercially zoned ski-in ski-out facility on the mountain, offering guests direct ski-in ski-out access during the winter months and direct (on foot) access to the SkiBromont waterparc during the summer months.

What is Ski-in Ski-Out?

Ski-in Ski-Out is a general industry term claiming that a property offers guests direct slope side accommodation all while offering direct, walking distance access to ski slopes. In Bromont, Blanc sur Vert Lodging is the only lodging service to offer direct access for nightly accommodation.

Are ski lift tickets or passes included in your rates?

Unfortunately our rates do not include ski lift tickets, all rates quoted on the Internet, on partner sites or on our own booking engine, or through our reservation desk are always quoted as lodging rates only unless otherwise mentioned. We do however offer various ski packages for single, double or quad occupancy, these rates for ski tickets are offered at an additional charge.

Why is there a Maximum Occupancy set for the Condominiums

For safety reasons, and as regulated by the Quebec Tourism Office, we have to limit the number of people that occupy a condominium. At Blanc sur Vert Lodging, we can combine certain condos to accommodate up to 8 or even 12 guests. Children, infants and toddlers are considered as occupants in a condo.
